I was charged double the fare.their receipt showed 37 km when the actual distance was only 13 km.and whats more.they even dont have a customer care number for India where you can call and clarify!
Drivers are taking advantage of this.thried calling the driver again and he did not pick my phone.have received no response to mails sent to them on GRIEVANCEOFFICER_INDIA@uber.com, support@uber.com, receipts@uber.com
