I don’t travel in taxi much my workplace is not very far and I usually travel in my scooty and that is all. Bus travel is even not so common in my daily commute. But sometimes I need to go far sometimes at my friends or at my relatives.
As I dint travel much in taxis and buses. I don’t have much idea about their charge and everything. I take autos which are a much better way for me me to travel. But taxis not si much as I had heard not so safe at night traveling.
But u had a very pleasant experience in Uber. I called the taxi and it was in time. The driver minded his own business. Took the luggage and put it inside and during the whole journey asked the reasonable things like if I wanted to stop in between or do I need anything from the coming shop or if I needed to use the washroom.
Very polite and didn’t talked much than that. After u reached my destination he took the amount as decided before and didn’t argued or anything just took out the luggage, I paid him and he went away.
The travel experience was also good and no rush and that is what type of service I need in a taxi. Overall a very good experience.
