Being a regular uber customer since it’s start I was happy with their services and rates charged by them.
But nowadays from about 4-5 months while booking cab in morning from malad station I always see a surcharge rate of 1.6x-2.2x
This scenario was not during start of uber service but nowadays due to more demand they are fooling customer by increasing the rates and applying surcharges.
Hence disappointed by uber cab services nowadays because of increase in their tarrifs and waiting time.
