I am a frequent user of uber as I used to travel a lot. Whether it is in Mumbai itself or to and from airports, stations this is my preferable choice. I would like to appreciate uber as it had provided Good earnings to many ppl and cheaper rates of traveling. Let me put some words about it as review -
Service is good, anywhere and anytime you can find cabs available. Is just tapping away from your mobile device and cab is at your doors step. App’s feature are cool and easy to use with nice interface. One or two times I have faced issues with fare related to promotions. I raised it to the customer service and got out immediately resolved and got my money back.
-Tour operators -
All the drivers I hired were communicative and helpful. For example if I know better route they are happy to go with instead of denying.
-Knowledge of tour guide -
Usually they are pretty knowledgeable about their daily routes. In case of new routes or need they use the GPS.
-Quality of transportation-
Well good thing about uber is it doesn’t allow old vehicle on its network. Also only vehicles above 1000 cc are allowed. I found all the vehicles which I have hired quite comfortable.
The thing which I don’t like about it is price surge.
