I use many cab services which includes Uber one day I booked a cab using the Uber app my phone I got message that u r cab wilbe arriving in 8 min I waited for almost 10 min but the still didnt arrived then I started calling the cab driver first he was not lifting the call then later he switched off his phone and then I had cancelled my resulting in a loss of 60 rs because of that driver fault the customer care should atleast try to know that was drivers fault and not mine
