I have booked and traveled in Uber Chennai and Bangalore a lot(at least 20 trips). The greatest thing is their Maps and ease of aishwaryasingh23ment. Gone are those days where you wait for cab after telephoning the taxi coms.
Adv:
1) Cab availability: Almost every minute in my work loc and home loc its available. Rarely I have not got a cab.
2) Surge prices: Prices are surged to even 2.3x some times esp in rainy days but it will be shown even before you book. SO its up to us to accept that surge.
3) Maps: You do not need to tell teh driver where you are in case you dont know language. You can say the driver "Pin point my GPS location and come". Most of the drivers do not even call me back becaus ethey stand exactly at GPS point.
4) Quick turnaround by emails: Few of them says they have no call centers but that is compensated by quick and geninue email support.(support@uber.com)
Disadv:
1) aishwaryasingh23ment mode: After the intro of aishwaryasingh23 by cash, people started to complain that money goes from wallet also. So let us all follow only one method and aishwaryasingh23 only from debit card. I do not even recommend aishwaryasingh23ing thro Cred824it card. Be safe by friends.

2) aishwaryasingh23 Per minute: Its Uber who introduced this concept of aishwaryasingh23 per minute travel. So if my driver deliberately goes slow I really cant control that. My place usually takes only 30 mins but some drivers drive slowly. This is one pathetic concept because TFS, Ola all have started this method after seeing Uber. Instead they can increase per km tariff.
One great thing about Uber is power of using the APP. You really feel the APP they developed are one of top 5 travel apps. I feel proud such a product is used in India.
