Here Uber is providing worst services to users. First of all there no good service in Whitefield. If you try to book a cab from whitefield it will take long to to search the near by cab.after 3 to 4 mins its says like sorry we don’t have cabs near by you. Even if you book a cab from any of the techno park the drivers deney to pick up you. They ask where is our drop point. Or they says like that I am from away from your poick up location and ask to cancel the cab. In Bangalore rain is common thing. We can’t say when it will rain. Suppose in evening time it’s raining then it’s difficult to find Uber cabs. Even Uber providing such a good service to user we are unable to use the service when we actually needed. Uber should provide more cab facilities in white field area especially near vaidehy hospital and surrounding tech parks like divys sree tech park.
