Huge down 👎 customer service. I have worst experience with one of trip with uber the driver name is ravindar, (971704xxxx)( Maruti Suzuki Ertiga) when we reach the destination he asked me to pay in cash and I had a 500 note in cash I give him he said he doesn’t have change then he suggested me he can pay via UPI I don’t use online payment mode so, I gave him my sister’s number and he dial infront of me and I went go. But when I check with my sister that she received or not. But she didn’t receive any amount I went to the help desk find his number to contact him but he refused to give me my money back he immediately block my number and I tried so much to get his response or my money but I fail 😓 I will never going to trevel with uber again. That was not just amount that was trust on stranger driver but I had bad experience.
