Uber is trying to fool us by saying unlimited’Free rides". I had 5 free rides in my account. All of a sudden it asked for app upgrade/ reinstall and I am not able to see any free rides.
I wrote to them and they replied saying’the system shows that multiple rides were booked using same device and hence our system cut off the access and has now cancelled all the free rides".
Whenever you want to book the cab, it asks for email verification/ software upgrade one or the other problem.When everything is right, the surge pricing will be 2x, 2.2X etc., We should stop paying this vendor and should make him run away from Bangalore and India.
