I have been using Uber from its inception to reach my college. I’m not quiet satisfied by their services. The initial business model of online payment was not convenient to me before as I didn’t have a paytm account. Now that they have cash payment, I often travel in Uber. The prices are quite reasonable compared to OLA. I often only use Uber Pool to share my ride, and it has saved me a lot of money. Overall the services are quiet good
