I have booked Uber for more than 15-20 times(Ahmedabad and Bangalore).
The drivers come on time.
The free rides, invites work correctly. I have used many free rides to go from one place to another. Didn’t have to pay extra any time.
Drivers are humble in 100% of the cases till now.
Yesterday also, I booked a cab in Bangalore at 1 AM midnight. They took only Rs.76 approx for a distance of 6 km. Whereas, for exactly the same distance and ride on the same day, Ola cabs took Rs.237/- at 5.40 AM early morning. See the cost difference.
Cost for every trip in Uber is pretty reasonable and affordable.
