Everything is good about Uber but the surge pricing kills.
Its cheaper than Ola but not when it comes to peak pricing. Even when number of cabs are available still they charge hell lot of surge. The sugre for Uber doesn’t depends on availability of the cabs but it is fixed for certain timings.
Even there will be engouh cabs still they will charge hell out of surge during 6 PM to 10 PM, 3 AM to 6 AM.
I used to prefer Uber but now Ola is my first choice as they have sensible and reasonable pricing.
