I had taken Uber cab ride on 11th November 2015. The payment for the said ride was to be debited to the PAYTM account where I have already a balance of Rs 1000. the ride cost is Rs 744 but till date they cannot debit the same.
Now since they cannot debit that amount which is lying with them on their app. I cannot book any further rides with them.
I checked their website etc to get a call center no but I am not getting anything.
Their self help on website also does not do any good
I tried putting my cr card details and they come back that my bank has some problems whereas I get an sms from my bank that uber had asked for validation and they have successfully done the same.
Now the problem is that the Paytm time limit for using that 1000 rs is till october. these guys are not debiting it so I can use any further trips. Nor I can add any credit cards to get the debit and release the balance amount which I can use.
Hence technically I have paid Rs 1000 for a trip of Rs 744 and there is no physical person to sort this.
Are they doing this deliberately? If so then they can make huge amount of money like this
