What a bad or the worst ride it was for my family. was like a nightmere. it began when the driver couldn’t locate the destination point inspite of the fact that it was clearly marked in the GPS. he started screaming over the ph when I called. actually he took a wrong lane.
Continuously kept blaming me over the phone for sending him "wrong location". the location was right! however he again brought them to the main rd and asked my parents and my sister to get down the cab(1km away from the destination) thats when I reached the cab by my bike. had a heated argument. I showed him the location in the uber app in my mobile. it clearly showed the lane.driver said, "what you see in your mob is not my problem my gps showed this lane". fine.
I asked him to atleast drop my family to the destination. he refused. there was a public scene that was created due to the heated argument. the driver started using foul language. he used a few kannada words like ninaiiyan(teri maa ki) and a few english like f*k off etc etc. you do what ever you want.get lost. how I wish he had beaten up the guy but Alas! I had a wedding to attend. well. at max all I can do is raise the issue with the infamous UBER CABS and warn others from using uber. trust me. so far uber hasnt reached out to me even after I raised a complaint. pathetic!
