Last month I book a cab from howrah and my droping location was modhyamgram in kolkata,
After booking driver stared the trip and he tola me. sir u have to give £40 for parking, I said le lo bhaiya ab jaldi chalo .
He htold me sir kaha jana hai
I lold him to Madhyamgrdm.
Driver told me that we do no provid service to that destination. What the helllllll type of service .
When I book cab there was the option to type the destination name and I filled the destinatin name then bookig was confirmed.
I just mean to say that if Uber is not providing that destination then they should not confirm the booking.
When I told driver to cancel the booking
Driver with rude behaviour tellig me that u have to give 60 rupya.
Plz do not do this.
