I went with uber driver kamlesh on 14th july from bhawarsala indore to airport indore after reaching the destination driver closed the trip and the fare was 290 RS. and he asked me for money I gave him 300 Rs. Cash and I went from there inside the airport and he what he did charged again because my credit card was linked to the wallet he charged me again. He definitely cheated with me and for that I talked to uber customer service they said wait we take a conference call with driver and I was in hold for 5 mins. After that call was ended by their side. I did call again and they said we couldn’t connect with driver and asked me to wait. And said we’ll ask the driver for it don’t worry. And I waited for 1 day next day I again called them they just refused to contact with the driver again they are just cheating with me they didn’t say anytime that they’ll refund my money.
All of us should be aware with this we just give extra money to the drivers but even then they do like this fraud. it’s totally immoral
Beware when you pay cash to the driver.
They are totally funcking theif ultimately he did stealing.
