Hi, everyone.i am a regular passenger of online taxis.i prefer every taxi services in india.wherever I go, I go through taxi.some days before, I went to Hyderabad.my friend suggested me to cime through uber taxi.because that costs very cheap per kilometre.so, I went through that.first thing was that, that would arrive to me in between 5-10 min. But that taxi reached me after 15 min.when I ask to the driver about that, he answered annoyingly.that hurt me alot.when I reached the destination point, I ask about the fare.he answered me to give the more money from the actual value.i asked about the calculation.but he refused to say.i was very much disappointed about that behaviour of uber drivers.i didn’t say to him anything.i paid that fare nd went away.i told about this to my friend who suggested me for the uber.he also said that some drivers of uber are like that and I faced one of them.i prefer ola, but the drivers are not like that.they are having good manner.but this one is very bad experience ever.
