I had this bad experience with Uber Cab Services.its like 1 week ago I booked this white color swift desire from dwarka to sarojni nagar . which is like 20 kms away from dwarka. What happened later was very shocking for me.
We traveled only 1o kms and this cab driver stopped the car and went outside to check car’s bonnet and came with this statement that there is something wrong with car and I have to get down.
I came out of the car and requested him to call some another cab driver . But he refused to call and told me to hire an auto rickshaw. I got frustrated but what made me angry was that he charged full amount from me and only for half distance. He was a tall strong guy and I didn’t want to engage in any mess. I gave him money and walked away. I called the agency to complain about his misbehaviour and they took it in a very normal way. which disappointed me a lot.
I still don’t know that did he do it intentionally or the car was actually not working but what he charged made me angry that day.
