I first used uber cab when I was in bangalore as it’s services are not available in my city. Bangalore is a city with a lot of traffic so I had experienced longer waiting time for my cab to arrive.
A driver once cancelled the ride as he was stuck in traffic. But when I used it in Gujarat I completely liked it.
The driver was okay and the best part is that the rides are only charged at 7 Rs per km and some waiting time charge also. So it is the cheapest available cab service right now. It also gives you a lot of free rides by refer and earn offer. When I used it for the first time,
I was forced to atleast add 200 Rs to my paytm wallet to request a ride but eventually they removed this compulsion and now you can ride even on cash. Their app is excellent and every function of the app works good. Their customer service is very good as once I had to complain about a driver about his unprofessional behaviour and at that time they promptly took action against the driver and also provided compensation to me. Only thing is that sometimes I have experienced that drivers deny service if the destination place is far away than they expect and cancel the ride so this is very disappointing. Also there is no option for advance booking which can help a lot if made available.
