Uber is no doubt one of the best taxi services that u have used as the drivers are not I ly professional with their behavior but also understand the situation and are really polite and the travel experience is pretty good with a good ride and a comfort and not rushed up drives
I took a ride when I was in Mumbai. I accidentally gave the wrong location and paid the location was 8km away and I was expecting them not to come but they called me, came to that exact place and didn’t event charged me more.
The driver was polite and didn’t showed any type of wrong attitude or was ride at all but was a good communicator and I was really impressed with the ride quality also. The car was good and air conditioned, the driver was driving in a good place and I didn’t even realised when I got to my destination.
I had heard many bad experience in this ride and they might be true but in my case the ride was good and I was satisfied with this service.
