Uber has taken the right inticiative and had a great idea of delivering food and hence it camed up with the foodDelivery service recognised as UberEATS under its own brand name. I appreciate of what uber has done in terms of Taxi services worldwide but somewhere or the other Uber needs to improve its services in the territory of Food delivery sector because there are already giant players in this food delivery sector like we all are aware about i.e Zomato and Swiggy. According to me if compared to these giants then uberEATS need to learn alot from Zomato and Swiggy. I have used UberEATS a several number of times and I have noticed that sometimes that the delivery executives behave unprofessional and Rude during the time of delhivery. In addition to this I would recommend UberEATS to add a feature of Cancellation of order in case if someone orders something by mistake because this has happened alot with me when I order the wrong thing and I was unable to cancel that Unit. Aleast there should be a certain limited duration say 1-2 mins after the order in placed, where the customer can cancel his/her order if in case ordered by mistake. Also sometimes the food is not delivered on time and the app is not available in many regions where it is expected to be and hence UberEats needs to expand its branches as well as its customer services.
