Cancelation is difficult

In Chennai, I have been using this food delivery app for the past 6 months.


I face a bad situation with this app recently. I placed the order at 2.50pm, immediately after that I noticed that I forget to change the location(home). Actually I was far from location I gave. Then for canceling we need to contact the customer care, I have tried customer care immediatley. For 10 mins, it was busy.then I connected at 3.00 I told her to cancel the order, but tat customer care girl she was speaking and trying to convince to get the food . I told her that I could not go there. She told like they can deliver to the location where I am present now. that was far away, I tried explaining her but she is repeating her own words. then even if u are not accepting order we will charge you the actual amount.


Then I told like okay you can deliver to the location where I am present now(far away location from the one given in order) but the delivery boy denied, so she called me again and told like, okay I will cancel. but connecting to customer care is taking long time tats why time wasted. else I would canceled the order in a minute I placed.


Cancelation is very difficult in this app and they will not replace the food even if you complain the food seems to be very bad taste
