Uber is making a trust for us if we used cabs. However, if you placed an order through UberEATS and happening something wrong with you, what you can do. No customer care.!
How you communicate for the resolution on real time?
I would tell you that Ive placed an order at last evening when I was in my office at Gurgaon. I just thought and installed UberEats and placed an order for a Tea from the Restaurant named "Chai-Point Unitech Infospace". Now, the order is placed successfully and the expected time for delivery was shown there at 5:42 pm.
I was waiting 20 - 25 minutes and checking the status of the order and what was there that my order is cancelled at 5:29 pm. That was for 3 people, we were waiting and nothing else.
Neither communication has been sent to me from UberEATS nor even restaurant felt to inform me about the cancellation of my order. What was that?
Moreover, I just tried to finding support on the App, no customer care. You can just leave your Feedback there Good or Bad.
My order number is #884F2, attaching the same.
Please, dont order because youve an another options such as Foodpanda, Swiggy, Zomato where you can simply raise your voice in minutes for your placed/delivered order.
