I had ordered some food from uber eats.
I had already made a payment.
The estimated arrival time of my order shown on the system was 12.50pm.
I received a message saying my order has been cancelled without a refund.
Reason was delivery boy could not contact me.
I was tracking the order since I had placed the order. It was showing me as delivery boy is picking up your order and as per the map on the system he had never reached my place to deliver the order .
Also i did not receive any call from the delivery boy regarding the delivery.
I was trying to call the delivery boy from my side but I did not find any option on the system to call the delivery boy.
Only the name of the delivery boy was mentioned.
Later when i discussed my issue with the customer care, they were just saying sorry as there was a system technical issue from their side.
They did not give me my order nor did they refund my money back.
It was a complete loss for me.
I would not recommend ubereats to any other people or my friends abd would always give a negative feedback from my side.
