This software is so slow that a snail walks faster than the software. The excel files works very slow. While working on the excel found that many important icons short cuts are not working. I have the latest version install which is 15.10 however of no use. It is completely waste of space in your system. Talking about other files like Microsoft word and Microsoft Powerpoint it is again negative. The ALT+ TAB function is also like useless in the Ubuntu. It not simple as it is in Windows. It hangs a lot. Like you have to wait for at least 15 mins to 20 mins if it is not working.
The search option which is available in the application is not worthy as we don’t provide the correct thing that one is looking for. If some one is installing this application that means he is installing a head ache for his PC which later on is going to effect his life as he will get the solution very late. Though it has some advantages like the Google Chrome runs very fast in this application, however for documentation point of view it is not worthy. The image viewer is very slow. It takes ages to open a 2.5 MB file in the system.
What I like to highlight the people who are working on it or own the application, please upgrade it and make it more user friendly rather than a head ache. There are other competitors who are providing better options.
Also would like to highlight that Window lock button is not functioning properly. It takes few seconds before the system lock. If a user forget the password it is not possible to recover it, however for that we have to delete the account & then create a new account. Should have a option to recover the password that the user forgot.
