This is by far the worse shopping App you want to use ever.
customer service agents have a severe bad attitude
most of items you order don’t get delivered due to their weak network in other markets
when you need to get your refund on items which was canceled, they give you a really hard time. My last order was canceled and they took one month and they haven’t refunded it back; money was gone!
I’ve ordered the same items from Amazon and magic! available and delivered! The reason I’ve used Ubuy was that I thought Amazon don’t deliver from the UK to Qatar.
please note that it’s way more expensive to buy items via Ubuy than Amazon.
