UCO Bank is a poor bank. it is not very famous bank. its branches are very less. its service is pooor. Its service is very slow.Its processing time is very slow. its branches are not in rular area.Its ATM centers are also less in numbers. Its Phone banking service is also not good. Its net banking service by this bank is not fully developed. Its customer care service is not good. In these times, other good bank gives good facility to customers.
its loan process is very long. its credit card process is also very long. its is staff is not cooperative. they didn’t gives satisfied informations to every customers.So overall UCO Bank is poor bank. I wouldn’t reccommed to open account in this bank.customer service is not good. I give 1/5.
