A flight with clipped wings!

This movie is a sad reflection of what goes on in the name of education in our society. The dad, played by Ronit Roy, is a beast of a person, who creates hell for his two sons. Life, though meant to be projected realistically in this movie, is really a sad interpretation of perverted minds.

The main protagonist in the movie is subject to ridicule, watches porn, fails all his exams, and has no parents to guide him rightfully. In fact, in his darkest hour of despair, his father ridicules him that he has not slept with a girl and that he is a sissy.

These are all false values showed in the movie. Nobody wants their children to stray, to be failures in society, to indulge in vices and to create problems for all and sundry. But the main protagonist in the movie does all that and more.

If this is how people live in society, then god save us all from utter ruination. This movie should not have been made, as it is a false depiction of what happens in real in teens’ lives.

But, if it is what is really happening in Indian households, then we have big trouble on our hands. The movie is an utter pessimistic depiction of college life and the bizarre turn of events in a young person’s life. Disgusting!

You might think that I’m being idealistic, but this movie is a bit too non-idealistic for urban as well as rural tastes. The stark tale of self mortification is surely out of some psycho’s mind’s wildest fantasies. It’s a crippling, despondent look at how life is for young people in India’s metropolises. Watch it if you’re pessimistic to death!
