Today I want to tell you about my recent issue with udio app. After using I found they are working only to make money, by making their useres fool and if you complaint about it they proves user wrong.
I am using udio wallet for money transfer to bank. last week I want to do this so I first check their FAQ to check is their any changes in money transfer. But I found every thing is ok.terms is 500 free for normal customer and 5000 free for kyc customer.i am a kyc customer so I add money to udio wallet and tried to transfer money.but in second page I found they are charging 2.75% as a transfer charge then I take a screen shot of it and went back to FAQ. to cross check terms.
But there is 5000 is free for kyc customer so I take screen shot of it to show them as a proof.
After this I mailed them against my issue and sent them screen shot but not get any reply then I tweet them but no reply.so last I tweet again and taking RBL BANK in loop.becoze udio wallet is powered by RBL BANK,
after this I get replied by them and then they hear my issue but they said terms are updated but curently app is not updated. So system taking charges for bank transfer
Then I told him there is no my fault so why I bear that charges.but he said system taking charges and they will nothing do for it.
Now again I tweet them with RBL BANK and waiting for their response.
Now friends you tell whoes fault there and are they doind good with their customer
My suggestion is not to use udio wallet for any transactions.
