Hello everyone today I’m sharing my personal experience about Udio app.
Concept- concept of this app is average. This is a online payment app. You can recharge your mobile, pay your bills and other online payment transactions using this app. But I didn’t find this app useful. I’ve also use this app. But this app doesn’t have tied up with my choiced brands. So I can’t purchase my choice brand in this app.
Layout & design- layout of this app is average. The user interface of this app is not smooth at all. This app provide many vouchers like meal vouchers, recharge vouchers as cashback offers. User has to use these vouchers in given time period otherwise these voucher gonna expired.
Features- some features of this app are good. Online payments and mobile recharge features are good. But this app has not wide national presence. More websites has not the option of payment using this app.
Usefulness- it is not useful at physical or online transaction. because stores doesn’t has the option of payment using this app.
