Tommy Singh is the sensational rock star who is getting lot of appreciation from the people of Punjab. He is a drug addict and can be seen taking all sort of drugs. He continues all sort of things till the time he fall in love with the Bihari Girl Kumari Pinky. Alia Bhatt has acted nicely played the character of labourer girl, victimized by the politically strong people in the movie.
Diljit Dosanjh is the corrupt police inspector but later join the league with the Kareena Kapoor to make the punjab drug free.
All the way, story is good but the character Tommy Singh looks out of the world in the second half of the movie. Satish Kaushik also doesn’t gel with the story line up.
If you want to increase your vocabulary in abusing someone, then it is a must watch for you. It is definitely not a movie that can be watched with the family members as half of the dialogues in the movie starts with the abusive word.
It is based on a good story, but not very well executed. The music of the movie will make you feel enthusiastic and will play with your emotions as well.
This story would have been crafted in much a better way. So, a movie with the good message but not in a good way. If you are a drug addict, then you should definitely give it a watch.
