Ugam Solutions has cheated my hard earned money of Rs. 3600/-. They had booked the tickets to attend interview in coimbatore. This ticket was booked 10 days before my travel. But for the next 10 days, I was not contacted or reminded of confirmation and whom should I contact in coimbatore. No reminders nothing. Usually I get calls attending interviews with Microsoft and Google.
So I thought perhaps they have rescheduled and I did not board the flight. So I called them(the day before travel) to know the status but no, I could not reach them unfortunately. In the late morning of travel date, a person named Kalpana sarkar called me. She told me you can rebook the ticket(out of my pocket) and travel. And she confirmed that the money would be reimbursed once you reach coimbatore. But when I showed the bill there, the person named Sunil rejected saying that only Kalpana is the HR contact. That was the first sign of negligence. This person and the whole team and HR Manager(Mohammed lokhandwala) are a set of lyers and cheaters. By keeping God’s name, I thought this person would redeem just half the money.
You can fill whatever bad applies to them. I was totally disappointed by this act. If they would have told, hey since you have missed the flight, you have to bear half the charge, I would have heartfully accepted it. I would have made some other arrangement like caught the bus or train. I want atleast half the money to be settled.
