I am the latest to be cheated by Ujjawal packers and movers on my transfer from hyderabad to guwahati(December 2009)
Am a central govt officer who unfortunately hired the services of this fradulent packers who are specialised in all sorts of cheating and frauds to enable them to siphon out every single paisa from the unsuspecting customer.
1.I should have avoided them the day I met their representative.he was clueless abt how the cost wud be decided and made a dozen phone calls.he cudnt even speak english or even hindi for that matter and was very arrogant.Finally he made the quotation for 32000.
2.Packing was of average quality and even upon my insistence, they were so very miserly with the packing material.Loaded it in a mini van(when they had told me tht they have their own vehicles)
3.The delivery was supposed to be done in 20 days but they took 1 month and 3 days.
4.I had to call all the ppl in hyderabad, kolkatta and guwahati for the whole period to know if my luggage has actually been sent.and believe me they are the rudest of ppl after they take the money.and they insist on prior payment
And all of them were arrogant .and I was wondering why I had paid them money to hear these bastard’s rude language! they didnt have a clue abt my luggage and was opening their mouth only to lie.sample"believe me ur luggage will be delivered in 2 mts. 2 hrs.1 day.today evening.et etc And if you are a gentleman u will find communicating with them a real difficulty
5.After threatening them with police action since they werent even telling me abt my luggage, they gave me the no of a guy in agarwal packers in whose godown my luggage was dumped.! and I had to take the delivery from them in a mini auto!( 2 trips) and to think tht these baste*ds had taken full money
6.THE LUGGAGE:
CROCKERY: All most all broken
ALMIRAH: THE METAL PARTS CAVED IN BEYOND RECOGNITION.UNUSABLE
COT: BROKEN IN THE MIDDLE
BIKE: FRONT FAIRING DESTROYED, L;IGHTS BROKEN
FRIDGE:LOST A LEG AND THE TOP HINGE BROKEN( I THANK GOD THT ITS WORKING THOUGH)
COMPUTER:MONITOR SIDE BROKEN AND UNUSABLE.GLASS BROKEN
WASHING MACHINE: GLASS TOP BROKEN AND NOT WORKING
This is an aDvice:
Even after reading abt the bad reviews, I chose them and I have paid the price
a)Delay of almost 1month when I had to stay without any of my things
b)Numerous phone calls and stress in dealing with these ass*les of the worst kind AND WITH THEIR WORST SERVICE, LANGUAGE AND IRRESPONSIBLITY
c)Further money had to be deposited to the local packers as Ujjawal doesnt have any branches(they lied to me about this)
d)Luggage all destroyed
KINDLY BE SANE AND AVOID THESE PACKERS AND MOVERS AT ALL COSTS.WELL IF U WONT.JOIN ME IN THE LIST OF THE GULLIBLE PPL BEING CHEATED.
I PRAY TO GOD THAT THESE INSULTING BASTE*DS LOSE ALL THEIR BUSINESS
