Yes, myself also had a very bad experience with these people. My consignment was picked on 26th June, 2008 from Delhi to Bangalore. At the time of booking it was agreed that all the local charges in Bangalore would be taken care by them(including warehouse, loading, unloading etc). Also these guys told me that they have a office in Bangalore.
Aslo they agreed to take 80% of the money on delivery. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE GUYS ARE A BIG CHEAT. EVEN WHEN THEY DON’T HAVE AN OFFICE THEY WILL CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY HAVE ONE AND YOU WILL FACE NO PROBLEM OVER THERE. Now once your stuff is with them you are trapped. 1. They would charge you extra money for local transport. 2. Unless you transfer entire amount(agreed upon Rs 5000 local transport) to their account you will not get your goods. 3. No insurance policy given even when you pay them 3% of the insured value. 4. After all this you will get your stuff but it is likely that something is missing and many thing broken. If not then you are lucky. 5. You cannot claim for damages even though you gave money for insurance. 6. Worst part people whoud would be bringing your stuff will be from some other transport agency. So you cannot say anything to them. 7. last but not the least they are not going to pick your phone once they get their money. This is just about the household goods. If you give your car to them then you would be making the biggest mistake of your life.Speedometer of the car will be deactivated and they will use you car as a taxi. I have gone through this. I don’t want anyone else to suffer. These guys will try to convince you. Don’t trust them. There are many other carriers. Try someone else but nevere think of going to them.
