This is first review about this dealer.. After finalizing which Car I have to buy I was in touch of two hyundai dealers Ultimate and KLG.
KLG was not giving any discount and ultimate was giving some cash discount.So I was in doubt which one to prefer...frnds were suggesting KLG but just for mindset that I am getting this discount...I preferred Ultimate..and that was the biggest mistake. About Ultimate when u go to there they will try all fundas to make u buy from them....they will
make lots of promises.....like u will get lots of accessories ...tuflen coating free.....and blah blah....
Even I heard from lots of friends that these ppl make false promises....and I bought car from them.
Since last 6 months they could not fulfill their promises.....these guys make false promises..false commitment.
I was used to contact them on weekly basis ....and used to hear next week ho jayega abhi banda avaialble nahi hai......and it got 6 months after listening their excuses.......
Their service exp.... is also worst for me.....
U would feel over dere like u r in a Govrnment office.....and for each thing u will to make fight like a Govrnment office no body is going to listen u properly they would do things according to them only.
Even I called up Hyundai Ppl and it was in vain..nothing happened even after that.....
So its better to choose another brand Maruti etc rather than going to Ultimate........
I have decided to never to go to ther for any further service or any other stuff....and the same suggestion for all readers .....pls do not go on false commitments and promises from Ultimate otherwise u ppl would feel regret like me....................
