This is the worst Hyundai agency. All they want is to extract money. They misguide you. Once they advised me to change radiator and gasket( radiator cost 3500, gasket cost 15000) . They told engine would seize if I drove the car without doing so.. ohhhhhhhh... I forgot to mention labour cost is not included.. they tried to panic me as much as they could.. they sensed that I was naive to cars n stuff.. that Hyundai eon was just 2 years old 20000 kms driven.. problem was that I didn’t put coolant and it overheated.. rather than telling me the real thing.. their focus was To make money out of my ignorance. But I was saved. I talked to someone in family and he firmly said no for all this.
Has been 3 years. Car doing fine.. but I didn’t go there again.. go to service station in panchkula.... When i bought another car.. Hyundai was not even an option because of the bad experience provided by ultimate Hyundai..

They are greedy.. not concerned about car and customer .. all they want is money by any means..
That day they intended to make around 25000from me.. one can imagine how big is 25000 for an eon owner..

Why doesn’t their owner give its staff bowls and make them stand on lights and beg.. it is also a good option to make money...
Owner ji and manager ji. .. Mae bhej deti hu katoriya .. tell me the number of staff you have.. unko khade kar do lights par .. sham tak aapka lalach poora Karne k paise shayad ho jayein..
I humbly request you not to fool middle class people.. we earn money by working really hard..
