We have purchased i-20 from ultimate Hyundai, Chandigarh and there was false promotion from the dealer/Hyundai that promotional exchange/corporate discounts would be given, all forms were filled with copies of all the required documents.
It has been more than 1 year and we have written several times to Hyundai and ultimate dealer, but they just don’t listen/reply, once money is paid and car is taken, it is over.
Just forget about the promotional discounts, never got any after sales service call, they are good in not bothering you.
