Bought ultrafresh chimney about 10 years back and till date I have two paid service done. Still the unit is working. But the switches / glass cover on bulb broken, need to be replaced. One more service needs to be done.
Doing a decent job, however, better technology products are available in the market now. I donot find any difficulty in getting service support at Bangalore. May be they take a couple of days to arrive.
