My Mom purchased this Ultra Wet Grinder about say 2 to 3 years ago and Its still working now. Previously we had the open heavy in build stand grinder. It looks big and very heavy. It needed about 2 persons to lift or move. Even the grinding single stone was heavy too and handling and cleaning was a pain. It also gave a lots of sound.
But the new Ultra Grinders are way too small and light. Any kinda of women(well built or lean) can handle it without any problem. The grinder is built with hard plastic and strong light weight grinding stones. The older models had wooden body and heavy stones.
Pros -
1) Light weight.
2) Easy to maintain. Easy to clean.
3) Noiseless OR Silent Grinder.
4) Easy to use or operate.
5) Has the closing lid which not only reduces noise but also doesn’t allow dust or other flying insect to fall in!
Cons -
1) Needs a extra stool or else the grinder would to be kelp on ground which is low and user have to bend down or sit down to regulate the mix.
2) Less Capacity when compared to older Grinders.
Overall, a Very good Kitchen Companion. My Mom Like it.
But remember this again - "If you regularly maintain this grinder and use it properly, the Grinder will work with performance."
