Been Cheated by Firm ULTARFRESH Dealer of Gwalior as Installed kitchen was full of disappointment and dissatisfaction.. The detail dissatisfaction description is as follows:
When I was contacted by Ultrafresh dealer I was told that all Hettich hardware will be used in kitchen where as I was provided Primo in hinges, stylus in push magnet and multi branded hydaulic gas pump shockers.
I was told that installation will be finished within 2 days by experts from Ultrafresh, Mumbai or Delhi, who will stay at Hotel, I was also shown wonderful images of finished Kitchen whereas I was provided Local Inexperienced Carpenter.. who had installed kitchen badly with his Jugad techniques applying wooden pegs at every magnet and finished with no symmetry in cabinets.
Wrong Measurement was taken by Ultrafresh Expert as more than 140 mm space was left blank below the sink which was covered by ply using Jugad technique.
Placement of upper cabinets was also done without vision and brain as it was fixed without taking measurement properly hence, tiles were cut twice and later they realized upper box was not fixed at right place then shifted towards right which shown extra and unnecessary cut of tiles that is odd exhibition of space.
All cabinets are not aligned properly.
Alike I have lots of disappointment from Ultrafresh.. and also feeling like been cheated by Ultrafresh dealer. It was better I should have gone with much less expensive and better finished wooden kitchen.
Ultrafresh is like Big Name but Not of any Use.
I strongly recommend not to deal with Ultrafresh.. please do not install Ultrafresh modular kitchen... It’s totally waste of money...
