I went in an emergency late at night. I rang beforehand to see if there was a doctor available. I spent over two hours waiting for a doctor to consult me because the doctor on call didn’t turn up and wasn’t answering her phone.
The next day when I asked why this had happened, the doctor in question said she refused to take the calls and kept it on silence because it was Ramadan.
Worst still, the doctor lived right next to the hospital.
