I have been going to this place since, my childhood days. Its a historical heritage where every year different saints come to meditate from different places. Specially, during ashokastami mela, we can see the huge crowd gathering over there in the month of April. This place is located near Unakoti district of Tripura, head quarter town, Kailashahar. This place is a bit slippery during rainy days but you can enjoy watching waterfall in rainy days.
This place is having so many sculptures of Lord Shiva and other deities & many cravings on stones too. Basically, its a hilly spot with numerous stairs which are used to climb the tourist spot. This place is eco friendly spot with a lush of greenary around it. It is a perfect picnic spot for the families & friends.
SInce, its not very far from the Kailashahar town, so, u can go to this place via car, auto, two wheeler or share autos. It falls in the mid way of Kailashahar to Dharmanagar town(which is the head quarter of North district of Tripura. Its a very peaceful spot away from the noise and crowd of the town located in the Unakoti hills. Hotels & Lodging is available in the nearest town to visit this place which is pocket friendly.
