Fooling the customers. Order no:20390.
Ordered apple pencil pro. Came defective with dead battery. I have been trying to charge it for the past 3 days. Pencil pro shows as charging when attached to iPad but stops charging immediately and stuck at 0%.
Only customer service option is whatsApp. To their convenience no calling option. They reply at their convenience or not and keeping their refund policy link irrespective of your question.
I ordered it to use and not to spend time repairing time. Now I have go thro that hassle also.
To top it all, my account does not show the order placed and cant place return request. No reply from their so called WhatsApp support on this and ask me to contact apple for repair.
No 0 star option. Thats why one star.
