Update: they sent replacement after a struggle and missed to send additional ear tips, even that’s expected as per them. Asked me to buy from market and forced me to change this review. Also, mentioned not to buy from them.
They ship either damaged products or with missing items. Surprisingly, they say it’s expected and they want us to get new product from brand warranty.
