I purchased SIM(Rs.3000/-) from Trivandrum Airport on my last US visit. I clearly told them I’m going to a place called Bozeman in Montana state. They assured me that as soon as I land there. I can start using this SIM. In reality it didn’t get the network at all. When I called their partner provider in Bozeman, they told me it’s a poor coverage area and I cannot use it. TOTALY DISAPPOINTED. After coming back to India, I’ve been trying to get in touch with their customer care to refund my money since I couldn’t use their service in US. Till today, it’s been more than 6 months now, I didn’t get my money back. True Cheaters. I don’t have time to file a case in consumer court and going behind all those formalities. So I’m posting my experience here so that others can escape from this trap, atleast people going to Montana don’t buy this SIM.
