I had a bad experience with Unicorn auto dealer Mathew. This would be helpful while choosing the dealer.
This dealer would promise anything and everything while booking the two whe bike. I had purchase a Mahindra Flyte in 2009. I had been through reviews during that time and got to know that it had a problem with fuel tank. I had discussed the same with this dealer. He tried his best to convince me that it’s not a problem and he has given the warranty for five years in writing.
After two years the problem started he started showing his real colors. First they he has not signed and its forged. Then he said I have to go to another dealer to get the tank and he don’t have stock but he was ready to replace if I pay cash. He took almost 4 - 5 days and done all kind of drama, false promises, ill treatment.
Finally I was made to pay for the fuel tank because of my frustration. I was not bothered to pay for tank. I was asking to replace as it was might to ask as it was given in writing.
Please be careful while dealing with these guys. His wife is another short tempered person. They don’t speak they are shouting.
You will be treated like a king when you are booking vehicle. You will be treated beggar when you have some problem. If they would have not promised I would have gone to some other vehicle. Why do I take a vehicle with problems which is aware.
They would promise that service center can watch online. Please do not get in to their trap. After all these issues, I am suspicious about quality of service as well.
