I have booked an appointment post locked down in the month of June 2021 initially I tried booking an appointment via call but couldn’t as the phone agent was very unpleasant and was not helpful and suggest me to book the appointment online.
I booked an appointment via Apple’s official website, there are limited slots on a daily basis so it is very hard to get a suitable date and time.
I visited this place via my own vehicle and I couldn’t find any safe parking space anyhow I have parked nearby private society.
The entrance is very messed up as all the old broken old furniture and heavy wooden stuff is kept next to the door.
This place is in the basement so there is no booster for mobile networks so we cannot attend our calls or OTP messages inside this office.
Waiting time is more than 30min even staff is on a smoke break outside the main door.
AC is not working, no cleaning even during the covid time, some of the staff is not wearing there mask properly. All the customer’s devices are touched without sanitizing hands and without gloves.
finally, I have submitted my device and waited 2 days for the diagnosis report after 3 days I have received an email that my motherboard is water damaged and need 33500 for repair I paid online then and there so that they can start the process after 3-5 days I got an email for pick-up but I gave 1 more day and visited this place 2nd time for pick-up.
I waited 30 min then they asked me to wait 10 more minutes I waited and then again they asked me to wait 10 more minutes I waited and finally, they refuse to submit my laptop and asked me to revisit after 3-5 days.
As they replaced my motherboard but issue were not resolved and they charged me and asked me to visit again for the pickup
I visited this place 2-3 times again and stiff I came back with the same faulty laptop as they could not resolve the issue it worked only for few days.
Finally, I had to visit a local shop near my place to repair my laptop.
