I went to Unilet indiranagar couple of weeks back and bought an LG LCD Tv and an LG washing machine. They were prompt in delivering the Tv that night itself. However, on arrival, the cover looked little old. So, I called them up and they apologized for sending a display piece. They took it back and sent another one after a few days. This one they insisted that it was a factory sealed piece. This one also looked little suspicious. Anyways, not wanting to argue, I got it installed. Now, I noticed that this was a faulty one. Again I told them about it . LG din’t have stock and told me to ask Unilet to replace it. They agreed to replace it. This time again, it looks like the same TV I was given the first time. They do this way too often. Always giving display piece. I don’t think anyone deserves a display piece when you have paid full money. I have finally decided to go to consumer court.
