I have recently bought a LG FHD TV from Unilet Bommanahalli outlet.
Apart from Unilet, I checked in 2 branches of Croma, 1 branch of Reliance Digital, 2 branches of Girias and 1 branch of Pai. The Unilet sales executive was very well aware of the features and the technologies in the TVs. Also he was very humble and polite during his interactions. Although he did not give me the best price in market, but I was satisfied by the behavior of the executive and other staffs.
I asked him to get a new model of TV to store and call me, so that I can make payment and take away the TV. He called me on the next day and requested to come. The free gift from LG(a 2.1 channel speaker set) was not available with the store, so again he called me on the next day to come and collect the same.
Also he offered me to give a free wall mount bracket from his side as the LG representative who visited my place for installation did not agree to provide a free wall mount bracket.
I am very satisfied with my last purchase with Unilet Bommanahalli outlet.
