I got a samsung 32’"Smart 3D tv from Unilet Kormangala store.Although the price they have quoted is the least, but the service they provide is worst.
I booked the Tv on friday, by saturday 2pm the delivery guy came with the TV, after opening I found out that its a used piece, (the battery has been inserted into the TV remote).then I returned it back.
After that again at around 9pm the sales person came again with a TV.but the manufacturing date of that is also Aug 2011, although I have purchased it on Oct 2012.still I have to accept it.
So its my humble request please even though you are getting some 2000 rs less than other stores, you should not go to this store and buy old stock.i have been a sufferer, but atleast I can do my bit by posting this article such that I can help some people not to get cheated.
